BILL MOSS AO CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER Bill is the Chairman and Founder of Boston Global who sets the strategy and oversees all facets of the business. Bill is a leader in funds management, banking, real estate, energy and philanthropy. Bill was an Executive Director with Macquarie Group managing Macquarie's Global Banking and Real Estate Businesses. Bill is also the Chairman and Founder of The FSHD Global Research Foundation.
COREY COONEY GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR Corey Cooney is the Managing Director of Boston Global overseeing and implementing group strategy with particular focus on real estate and funds management. Corey's experience includes property development and investment, finance, funds management and energy. Corey's leadership style ensures that a value is derived through a team effort at all stages of the investment process.
MITCHELL TOLHURST EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR As Divisional Director, Mitchell is actively involved in the operation of each business unit providing his particular expertise in project financing. Mitchell is involved in the acquisition and delivery of Boston Real Estate's property development projects. He is also an integral member of a highly skilled project team responsible for the delivery of several global renewable energy projects within Boston Energy and Innovation.
JASON SHEPHERD DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR Jason manages Boston Real Estate's property developments. He is responsible for due diligence, financial feasibility analyses, concept planning, development approvals, project delivery, leasing and compliance. Jason's experience in varied sectors includes large-scale residential, industrial and tourism developments. He is also involved in Boston Energy and Innovation's multi-billion-dollar Smart Technology Hub in Northern Australia.
NATALIE COONEY (nee MOSS) HEALTH & SCIENCE DIRECTOR Natalie leads Boston Health and Science, heading the operational and scientific aspects of the business. Natalie’s philanthropic nature and passion for health make her an integral part of the team. Natalie’s presence on the science board of FSHD Global research foundation and her previous experience as its Managing Director provide her with incredible insight to the medical, scientific and philanthropic requirements of businesses.
DENNIS COONEY LEGAL COUNSEL & DIRECTOR With nearly 50 years as a practicing solicitor, Dennis joins the Boston Global board and executive team. Outside of law, Dennis has controlled a number of businesses and in 2003 became Founding Partner and Director of Conrad Properties. Dennis remains to oversee the strategic, regulatory and compliance side of its global business.
LATA MOSS DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY Lata Moss worked with Macquarie Bank Group from 1994 to 2002 within the Banking and Real Estate Group. She left Macquarie to join Boston Management, the family investment company for the Moss Family, in 2002 as Company Secretary. For the last 18 years, Lata has actively been involved as Company Secretary and Director throughout the Boston Group. Lata currently sits on the board of Boston Global Management Board.
JOE ORLANDO REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS MANAGER Joe has over 20 years of real estate experience including valuation, sales/ leasing negotiations, property financial analysis and research in the commercial/ industrial property markets (including mixed use/ residential developments and Government properties). Joe is an Associate Member/ Certified Practising Valuer of the Australian Property Institute and Professional Member/ Chartered Valuation Surveyor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
LEO ECONOMIDES INVESTMENT AND CREDIT DIRECTOR Leo has extensive experience in structuring, modelling and executing transactions. After completing a degree in Actuarial Studies, he has worked exclusively in investment banking, across the business areas of leasing, structured finance, project finance, property finance and funds management. Leo's expertise is in the fields of credit, risk and investment analysis.
LEIGH HIGGINS DIRECTOR FUNDS MANAGEMENT Leigh Higgins joined the executive team of Boston Global as a Director of Funds Management in 2020. Leigh, through his private investment vehicle Australian Realty Advisors Pty Ltd (ARA), is partnering with Boston Global on a series of projects in the property, funds management and finance sectors. Leigh holds an Australian Financial Services Licence through Infrastructure & Real Estate Australia Pty Ltd (IREA FM).
MICHAEL VISKOVICH DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Michael is a senior project and development manager with over 26 years of experience in the industry. Michael's extensive skills and experience span across all sectors of construction including leading and managing diverse projects that include mixed-use residential projects, housing, hotels, land subdivisions, industrial, retail, commercial, aged care, retirement living, hospitality, child care, health, hospitals and government projects.
BEN SCHULTZ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR Ben has a diverse range of experience, in particular across the Hospitality, Leisure, Wholesale, Retail and Health industries. As an accomplished executive, Ben is recognised for driving business growth with his ability to offer distinctive strategic direction.
